React Flow includes a small attribution that links to the React Flow website. Per default, the attribution is displayed in the bottom right corner. With the attribution we want to achieve that companies who are using React Flow in commercial applications finance the development of the library.

We expect companies who are using React Flow commercially to subscribe to React Flow Pro if they want to remove the attribution. In non-commercial applications you may hide the attribution without subscribing but are welcome to sponsor us on Github.

Please only hide the attribution if you are subscribed to one of our React Flow Pro plans. Once you subscribe, you will get access to a code example that demonstrates how you can remove the attribution.

Please do not change the label or the link of the attribution. Besides that, you can configure the position of the attribution by using the attributionPosition property. You can also change the basic styling of the attribution to match your CI (such as background color, text color, font weight, etc.).

Pro Examples are advanced usage examples which are built exclusively for React Flow Pro subscribers. The examples are built on top of the open source React Flow library. All Pro Examples are listed next to the regular examples on the React Flow website.

Once you subscribe, you can access the source code of the Pro Examples on the React Flow Pro website and on the React Flow docs website. The example code is embedded in a code viewer similar to the free examples.

All examples are written in Typescript.

You can use the example code in any way you want for building applications with React Flow. You can also use it in open source projects. It is not allowed to redistribute or repackage the examples or to build a similar service as React Flow Pro with the example code.

All Pro Examples are written in React and Typescript. You need a good understanding of the React and React Flow concepts to make sense of the examples and adapt them to your needs. All examples are built with the latest version of React Flow and may have other dependencies for specific features.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the example code will run in your specific environment. If you have doubts about the requirements, please contact us before subscribing.

Individual support for integrating the examples is only included in the Pro plan. Please read about the details in the "Individual Support via Mail"section.

We have a long list of examples that we are working on but do not have this information publicly available at the moment. If you want to suggest an example that would be helpful for you, feel free to contact us.

We are commited to resolve all of the Github issues and bug reports as soon as possible. If you are subscribed to React Flow Pro, we will respond to your issues and bug reports first and try to resolve them before others.

Of course, we cannot guarantee that your issues and bug reports will be resolved, no matter if you are subscribed or not.

Please use our Github repository for reporting your issues. If you are subscribed to one of our Pro plans, you can drop us a message to let us know that you are the author of the issue so that we can look at it as soon as possible.

The Pro subscription includes individual support via mail in the amount of roughly one hour per month. We can help you with any React Flow related problems or questions, for example:

• Get help adapting the Pro examples for your use case
• General advice on the usage of React Flow
• Optimizing the performance of your graph
• Consultation about improving UI/UX of your node based app

It is very helpful for us if you provide a reproducable example illustrating your problem, preferably in a codesandbox.

During weekdays we try to answer your support request within 24 hours. Since we are based in Berlin, we mostly reply within the working hours in the CET time zone. Requests during the weekend or public holidays in Germany are usually answered on the next working day.

React Flow is a free and open source library and can be tried out as long as you like without subscribing. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a trial version for the Pro subscription at the moment, as you will get access to the Pro examples immediately. If you are unhappy with the service, you can cancel anytime and it will end your subscription by the end of your chosen billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription any time at the end of your billing cycle. The cancellation is done through the stripe customer portal, which we use to process your subscription. You find the link to the customer portal in your React Flow Pro dashboard. If you need help cancelling your subscription, please contact us.
